Hi, I’m Francesca.
I’m Francesca, a strategic operations professional with a background in business strategy, project management, and workflow design.
Across my work, I’ve always been motivated to create environments where my teams can do their best work. I have a strong sense of discernment and an ability to quickly identify others’ skills and gifts. No matter the role, I find myself bringing those gifts forward and reducing clutter and waste so energy can be used on what’s important.
I started this business because I love helping entrepreneurs come back to what they do best. By asking the right questions and reflecting back what’s already there, I help business owners stop losing energy to work that no longer supports the business they set out to build.
Outside of my work, I love to sew, read, and hike.
